OPEN LETTER TO ALL MODERN DAY CHRISTENDOM

I like the zeal that you have for seeking God's Word, but you do it with a lack of knowledge. You are throwing out everything that the Lord said to do; get circumcised, keep the dietary law, keep His commandments, keep His Sabbath Days. Every word which proceeds out of the mouth of God is Law; Matthew 4:4.


Now to the subject of the dietary law, which you say is no more, because the Lord changed His mind and now says that you can eat anything all you have to do is pray over it. I want to ask you, do you know when the Dietary Law began? I know that you said that it was given to the Israelites in the days of Moses; Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14 and that the law was for "them". However, how about Noah? The Lord told him what beasts were clean and unclean, did you know that; Genesis 6:17-20, Genesis 7:1-2.


The Law of the clean and unclean beasts; that which may be eaten, was given in the days of Noah. All this was said by the Lord unto Noah in the days of the flood. I want you to show me where the Lord has said that you can eat anything.


In Leviticus 11:43-47, the Lord says, "...you shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing or make yourselves unclean, but be holy and sanctify yourselves and be holy; for I am Holy. And this is the law of the beasts and the fowl, and every creature that moveth in the waters and that creepeth upon the earth, to make a difference between the unclean and the clean which He put in the Ark with Noah. The beasts that may be eaten and the beasts that may not be eaten.


Now, I ask you, if you are not keeping the law of the beasts (Dietary Law) and are eating whatever you want, "Are you Holy?" Is your Church Holy? Read Isaiah 65:2-5; Isaiah 66:17. Now, I ask you, do you eat pork and go to church?


I see that you quoted Acts 10th chapter, and referencing it as one of the places that the Lord said that you could eat anything. However, this chapter has nothing to do with food, it is about Peter having been given the "keys to the kingdom"; being sent to teach another nation the word God sent to the children of Israel; Acts 10:36: that God is no respecter of person and that you should not call any man common or unclean.


Have you not read where the Lord does not change; Malachi 3:6, Hebrews 13:8? So, the words that the Lord spoke to Adam, Noah, and Moses are still good to this day, or are you calling the Lord a liar?


I also see that you have cast off the law of the circumcision, the covenant that God made with Abraham, Genesis 17:9-13, and his seed after him for an everlasting covenant. Wait just a minute!! Did the Lord say for everlasting? Here again, you say the Lord changed His mind, and the same thing with the Sabbath day.


The Lord changed it from the seventh day of the week to the first day of the week. Who is it that is blaspheming God's Word? The Lord says those who blaspheme against the Holy Ghost (His Words) shall not be forgiven in this world or the world to come; Matthew 12:31-32.

How about the one where the Lord died on "good Friday" and was raised from the dead on Sunday, however, the Lord said He would be in the grave for three days and three nights; Matthew 12:39-40. Go figure that one out!


I guess you also say that the Lord's Sabbath days mentioned in Leviticus 23 are no more. Even though the Lord says these are His feasts; Leviticus 23:1-2, not the "Jews feasts". The Lord also says that we shall "do them for ever throughout your generations"; Leviticus 23:21, 31, 41. But, once again, you say the Lord has changed. I will tell you this, once you understand the 23rd chapter of Leviticus, you will have an understanding of God's Plan.


As for the Lords High Days, the Passover is this month, March 29th at evening and the following day, March 30th, beginning at evening is the first night of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Services (class) will be held for the Passover a 7:30 pm, March 29, 2010, and the Feast of Unleavened Bread will be held March 31st, at noon. Come check out the Lord's Sabbath Days, because the Lord says that His Sabbaths Days are a sign between Him and His people, which He has sanctified; Ezekiel, 20:12, 19-20. I know that in all your self-understanding of the Scriptures that you probably have never kept any of the Lords Feasts depicted in Leviticus 23.


Now, let me see if I have a clear understanding about what you say we do not have to observe anymore, according to your understanding of the Scriptures. We don't have to keep the Law of the clean and unclean beasts, which may be eaten, even though the Lord spoke this law to Noah, Moses and made mention to Isaiah that people who break His dietary Laws provoke Him continually to His face; Isaiah 65:2-3.


These are those who have their own thoughts, but the Lord will come and render His anger against those which sanctify themselves behind the tree that is in the midst of the garden, saying it is alright to eat swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse. You know, all the things that were in the curtain in Acts 10:11-12.


Since you have read this why don't you get some of your friends together and have a feast on eating the mouse, because you quoted Acts 10:15 and according to you, "That which God has cleansed call not common", so now everything is clean.


However, that must not be so, because the Lord said He will come and the slain of the Lord shall be many, now this is future. The doctrine that you speak is from the "tree in the midst of the garden". You know, the one which Adam and Eve ate from, after they were told "you shall not surely die"; Genesis 3:4. Where are they?


You say all we have to do is pray over everything, but those of us that believe and know the truth, do separate our meats through prayer; 1 Timothy 4:1-5, the clean from the unclean. As for the circumcision this covenant was made with Abraham and to him alone; Isaiah 51:1-2, and the Scripture says if you be Abraham's seed, you would do the things that Abraham did; John 8:39. However, you observe nothing which the Lord has said to do, so what "Jesus" is this that you are talking about? It must be the one Paul is talking about in 2 Corinthians 11:4.


I am certain that in your heart you believe that you are doing right, but I can't help but think that you are one of those that the Lord is speaking about in Isaiah 8:20, those who speak not according to this word, the Law (Old Testament) and to the Testimony (New Testament). It is because there is no light (truth) in them, they have transgressed the laws; changed the ordinance; broken the everlasting covenant; Isaiah 24:5.


So, if I were you I would think seriously about what I say in reference to God's Word, because you certainly fit this prophecy (Isaiah 24:5). Please read 1 Chronicles 16:14-17. How is it that people think they know the Word of God when no man has instructed them; Acts 8:26-31. I hope that after you read this that you do not harden your heart against what you have read in this letter; Hebrews 4:7.


Come join us on the Sabbath and on the Passover, and Feast of Unleavened Bread. I know that you probably have never observed these high days, because you have been lied to all these years. These Feast days and the Sabbath day point to the return of Jesus Christ. Most people that read these scriptures, Colossians 2:16-17, think that it says that you can eat anything, but what it is really saying is that we keep these Sabbath days as a memorial to remind us of things to come.


I know you may have some idea about the seventh day, but what about the Eighth day, spoken of in Leviticus 23:39, or are you saying that the Old Testament is no more? There is much that I want to tell you about the God of Israel, Jesus Christ, so that you may learn how to become a part of the commonwealth of Israel; Ephesians 2:11-13, 19-20.


Before we go any further, I must tell you that I am an Israelite out of the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Israel), and I am a member of God's house, the house of Jacob. Like Paul, I magnify my office; Romans 11:13. God has not spoken to any other nation but Israel; Psalms 147:19-20; Amos 3:2 and all of the Prophets were Israelites; Amos 2:11. As it was then so it is now. We (Israelites) have all the answers, because the Lord gave everything to Israel; Romans 9:4-5. When Christ came He came as an Israelite, but being physical Israel is not enough you must also be spiritual Israel. You see, all Israel is not Israel, because they keep not His word; Romans 9:6-7.


I just want to let you know that we know who we are and what our job is: to teach all of the sons of Adam about the God of Israel, we are the Priest, Exodus 19:5-6. Come join us at The Israel of God; Galatians 6:16.

DON'T LET THE DEVIL DECEIVE YOU!

Dear Followers, this Post started as a response to a comment to my last Post The Devil Deceiveth the Whole World the sentiments encapsulated in the two responses from the commenter is the central theme of the error of Modern-Day Christendom. Herein is my response to the errant theology of man.

I see you are still persistent in saying that all Scriptures in the Holy Bible "are not for us today". Even though Jesus says, “He does not change” . What are you saying? Is it that, “The law is no more”, or that, “The law was only for Moses and the Prophets?

First off, Moses had no law. It is not the Law of Moses, it is the Law of the Lord. As for the congregation, Israel is the Church that was in the days of Moses, Acts 7:37-38. That same church (Israel) is the congregation of the Lord, 1 Chronicles 28:8.

Even before Jesus was born the Angel told Mary that she would have a son and He would sit on the throne of His father David, and shall reign over the house of Jacob (Israel) for ever, Luke 1:26-33.
Israel is the congregation, and if you want your salvation, you must do all the things that Israel did, whose father was Abraham, John 8:39, and what did faithful Abraham do? He kept the Lord’s commandments, statues and laws, Genesis 26:5. Yet you say the Law is no more; that we are under grace.

If Israel is not the Church, please show me one Prophet or Apostle, or King, or Priest, that was not an Israelite! As for the son that was stoned to death for disobedience, Deuteronomy 21:18-21, and the people that made the Golden calf, while Moses was up on Mount Sinai with the Lord, Genesis 32:1-35, and worshipped the calf; three thousand men died that day, and there are many more stories like that.

However, today people pay no attention. Take for example, the children of Israel found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath Day, they brought him to Moses because they did not know what to do with him. The Lord said unto Moses, “The man shall be put to death, Numbers 15:32-36. For that is what the Lord told Moses in Exodus 31:14.

Now the reason that these things were done, was for our example, 1 Corinthians 10:1-7. If you were to keep reading in 1 Corinthians 10, you see that there were many examples of the children of Israel being disobedient. See, because a son is disobedient today, or one pollutes the Sabbath, and is not put to death, just know, that they are not getting away, they are just getting by until the Lord comes.

Remember when the scribes and Pharisees brought a woman to Jesus, whom they had caught in adultery, in the very act, John 8:1-18. They quoted to Him the Law of Moses, really God’s Law, Leviticus 20:1, 10. The law stated that the woman should be stoned, however, Jesus told them, “He who is without sin among you, let him cast the first stone.” You see, we all sin and are unclean. That is why people are not put to death.

Remember what Jesus told the woman when her accusers were all convicted in their own hearts, and went their separate ways? He told the woman, “Go and sin no more”, which is a warning that we all should take very seriously. The Lord gave a parable of the Wheat and Tares, Matthew 13:24-30, :36-42, in which the Lord said “Let the tares and the wheat grow together, and that He would separate them at the harvest”, which is the end of the world; the White Throne Judgment.

The "Wheat" is the good seed and the "Tares" are the children of the wicked one. The enemy that sowed them is the Devil. That is why people that do not keep the Sabbath, or dietary laws, or honor and keep the Lord’s Holy Days, and say that that “the law is no more”, are the tares of this world and the Lord and His Angels will separate them at the harvest (Judgment Day).

These same Scriptures, that you say are not for us today, are the same ones that will be a witness against all the people which say that these Scriptures “are not for us”, Revelation 20:12, 15. As for the books that were opened, the Bible is the “books”, and the “other book” is the Lamb’s Book of Life. The Scriptures say, “…and the dead were judged out of the things which are written in the books, according to their works”. Now, I ask are you wheat, or a tare that is just getting by, but not getting away??

Oh, by the way, the Body of Christ is Israel – the Church! God’s word was good then; all of it is good for us today.

THE DEVIL DECEIVETH THE WHOLE WORLD

I have been sitting here thinking, “What should I write about”, when I asked the Lord to show me, for there are many Scriptures and subjects in the Holy Bible (KJV), those who are seeking the truth; that much we all know. The whole world is out of course, the economy is bad all over the earth.

There is violence, and wars, famine and earthquakes all over the planet and the people don’t consider what is going on. They hear that we are in the “last days”, but do not consider that all this was foretold by the Prophets and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Matthew 24:1-8.
So who is warning the People today that these are the “last days”, and informing them of who is causing all this chaos, and weakening the nations.

Well, let’s take a look at who is running the kingdoms of this world. Turn to Luke 4:5-7. Here we read where the Devil is talking to Jesus and showing Him all the Kingdoms of the world in a moment of time; telling Him that they were delivered to him, and that if Jesus would bow down and worship him he would give all this power to Jesus.

Now think about what you have just read, the Devil says, “all the kingdoms are his“, and that he is worshiped by those to whom he gives this power to. Now, if he asked the Lord to worship him, while He was in the flesh; what about the rest of us?

He deceives the whole world; as stated in Revelation 12:9. Thank about it, how does he deceive the whole world? Which means me, you and everyone else has been deceived at some point for the Scriptures did not say he deceived some of the world, or part of the world, but the whole world. Now, just think, how is it that he deceives the whole world? He does it through spiritual wickedness in high places, Ephesians 6:11-12, which is the church. For Jesus said to the chief Priest and captains of the temple when they came to arrest Him in the garden, that this was their hour and the power of darkness, Luke 22:52-53.

Did you notice that it was the church people who came to arrest Jesus? They did the bidding of their “father” the Devil, as Jesus had told them in John 8:37-44. So, you see, spiritual wickedness is in the pulpits of the church, which is the highest place on the Earth. The men in the positions of feeding the flock teach them the lies of the Devil, they teach lies to deceive the people into worshiping another Jesus, 2 Corinthians 11:4, yes, another Jesus. Yes, I said another Jesus, for the Devil passes himself off as an angel of light (Truth), 2 Corinthians 11:13-15. His ministers transform themselves into the Apostles of Christ, ministers of righteousness.

The Devil has said he wants to be like the Most High; that he will ascend into Heaven and reign over the stars (Angels) of God. He also said that he will sit in the mount of the congregation in the sides of the North, Isaiah 14:12-14. So, here we read that Satan the Devil (Lucifer), wants to reign in Heaven and over the congregation on the Earth, because the sides of the North is the city (Jerusalem) of the Great King. Satan says that he will have his throne in Jerusalem, the city of David, whose throne Jesus will sit on, Psalms 48:1-2. Satan also thinks to change times and laws through his religious leaders, Daniel 7:25.

The time that he thought to change was when the day begins and ends: 12:00 am – 11:59 pm. Do you notice that if you are outside at midnight when the new day starts there is no change, it is still dark. The Lord said in the beginning—the evening and morning were the first day, Genesis 1:1-5. As you can see God set forth a difference in the change of the day—when it gets dark it is the beginning of a new day, not when it gets light.

So you see the man of perdition, the Antichrist, the Devil’s servant not only thinks to change time, he also thinks to change laws. The Devil wants to be worshiped, so he set up his Sabbaths, one of them being the first day of the week, Sunday. He says that the Sabbath was changed from the seventh day, Saturday, to Sunday, the first day of the week.

You can read how it was changed in 321 AD by Emperor Constantine, so that now the majority of Christendom goes to church on Sunday. All this is recorded in various History books. The other Laws that he tried to change are the Dietary Law, Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14, the Lord’s Feast Days, Leviticus 23. Modern day Christendom says that these Laws do not have to be observed anymore. Furthermore, his minister’s teach that you don’t have to be circumcised anymore.

When the Lord made the covenant with Abraham the circumcision was/is the sign for Abraham’s seed and for, ”…the stranger that would sojourn among you—it is an everlasting covenant”, Genesis 17:9-14. I ask you this: “Who can change God’s Word (Law), if He says it is an everlasting covenant?” You see the Devil deceived the world into going to church on the first day and not having to be circumcised. If you are not circumcised you can not partake in the Passover, which occurs in its season (fourteenth day of the first month at evening, Leviticus 23:5.

Exodus 12:43, 47-49, gives us the Ordinance of the Passover. Jesus is become our Passover, 1Corinthians 5:7 when He was sacrificed for us. So, if you are not circumcised you cannot partake of the Passover—Jesus.

However, the Ministers of the god of this world say you do not have to be circumcised anymore. As a matter of fact, they call the Passover Communion and do it at least once a month instead of “once a year in its season”. The Ministers of the god of this world put their own traditions before God’s Word.

Let’s take look at another deception that the god of this world has used to deceive the people through his Ministers to get people to bow down and to worship him. Turn to Jeremiah 10:1-5, 8, here we read that the Lord is telling Israel not to put up the “Christmas tree” for it is a doctrine of vanities.

Now, most people don’t give any consideration that they are bringing an idol into their home each year, Deuteronomy 4: 25-26, decking it with silver and gold color ornaments and putting presents under the tree. Now think about this, you get down on your knees in front of the tree, and yet you say that you don’t bow down to it. However, you are on your knees celebrating your god’s birthday—December 25th—because Jesus Christ was not born in December, but in late August or early September, because Jesus was 33 ½ years old when He was crucified on the Passover, which occurs in late march or early April, so count back six months and you come up with September or August.

Another way is history tells us that Caesar Augustus made a decree that everyone had to be taxed and this was done in August or September of 4 BC. But all this is really irrelevant, because nowhere in the Scriptures does it state we are to keep the Lord’s birthday or celebrate His birthday.

However, the Ministers of this age teach that we should celebrate Christmas. They also put forth the desires of their “god”, who wants to go to heaven and take everyone with him, Isaiah 14:12-14. You hear it every time you go to a funeral. The spiel is, “They are not dead, but gone to their tabernacle in heaven and they are looking down on their loved ones”.

This is a lie that is being preached, but it is the same lie that was told in the beginning when the Serpent (Satan) told Eve, “You shall not die”, Genesis 3:4. So when the Preacher says that the deceased “Are gone home to Heaven” or “Made their transition/homecoming”, it is a lie! Your home is not in Heaven, but it is in the Earth, for the first man Adam was made a living soul, from the dust of the ground, 1 Corinthians 15:45, 47. So, our father, Adam, came from the ground, Genesis 2:7, verily when man dies, he returns to the ground from whence we came, Genesis 3:19.
The Devil wants to return to Heaven, because that is where he came from, Revelation12:7-9. The Scriptures say, “No man has ascended into Heaven”, John 3:13. This is part of the lie that his Ministers teach, namely, that when you die you are going to Heaven.

Another deception that his Ministers teach is that Jesus died on “Good Friday” and rose on “Easter Sunday morning”. This is one of the greatest lies ever told, because the Scriptures tell a different story. Jesus said He would be in the grave for three days and three nights, Matthew 12:39-40.

However, according to Daniel 9:26-27, “The Messiah was cut off in the middle of the week”. The middle of the week is the fourth day—Wednesday. If He was in the heart of the Earth for three days and three nights, He was in the grave Wednesday night; Thursday night; Friday night, which makes three nights. He was in the grave Thursday during the day, Friday during the day and Saturday during the day which equals three days, just as Jesus said in Matthew 12:39-40.

Yet, the Devil’s Ministers call Jesus a lie and say, “He died on Friday and rose Sunday morning (Easter Sunday) and have you come worship on Sunday at sunrise”, when in actuality you are being deceived by the Devil and his Ministers who have you worshiping the sun, because when Mary came to the sepulchre on the first day of the week while it was still dark, and Jesus was gone, for He had risen, John 20:1; Matthew 28:1-6, He rose at the end of the Sabbath day. Also, Jesus said to remember His death, not His resurrection, Luke 22:19-20, which we are to do every year at Passover, not Easter, nor the first Sunday of every month. So, are you beginning to see how the Devil deceives the whole world? He does it by way of religion.

Let us continue to another deception. How about the three wise men, where did they get that from? The Scriptures just say wise men came to Jerusalem, Matthew 2:1. So I ask you how did they come up with three? Perhaps it was because of the gifts!

Another lie they put forth is that the Church started on the day of Pentecost in Acts 2nd chapter. However if you read carefully you will see that on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1-12) you will notice that there were only “Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven”, because the Lord had scattered Israel all over the Earth, for not keeping His commandments. These men knew who they were and came to keep Pentecost, as the Lord had commanded, Leviticus 23:15-16, 21.

They were not down in Jerusalem tarrying for the Holy Ghost, as the “god” of this world’s Ministers, but were keeping the Feast of Weeks/Pentecost, Exodus 34:22. Pentecost means fifty.

There were no Gentiles or anyone from another nation there when the Lord sent His Angels to translate the words that the Apostles were speaking. They have taken this, also, and turned it into a sign that you have to speak in tongues. You can see that the people like what the so-called Preachers teach, because they do not have to obey the Word of God. They say to their Ministers/Preachers, “Speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits”, Isaiah 30:9-10. They want to hear fables, Santa Claus is coming to town, or Here comes Peter Cottontail hopping down the bunny trail, or going to Heaven and let us not forget, the Lord loves everyone, 2Timothy4:3-4.

Another deception that is taught as doctrine is the Great Tribulation will be for seven years. They go to Daniel 9:27 to try to prove this errant statement. They use the ninth chapter of Daniel to say “the Antichrist will confirm the covenant with many for one week”, however, this is not talking about the Antichrist, it is speaking of the Lord. What I do not understand is how people don’t know the difference between confirm and make. The Great Tribulation will only be three and one half years, not seven. All this is written in the Scriptures of truth, Daniel 10:21.

Another doctrine is taught by Satan’s Ministers is what is called the Rapture. Here they really confuse the people, they teach that the Lord is coming to get His Church before the Tribulation but the Scriptures say the Son of Man is coming after the Tribulation, Matthew 24:29-30. We have a Post on most of these subjects, which goes into detail about such things as the Rapture.

One of the best taught false doctrines is the Trinity, “God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost”. Nowhere in the Scriptures can you find “God the Holy Ghost”, yet his (Satan’s) Ministers go to 1 John 5:7, to justify the Trinity, however, that is not what 1 John 5:7 is saying. It speaks of the Father; the Word (Son) and the Holy Ghost (Angel), that bare record in Heaven. You can see this clearly in Revelation 1:1. Here we see the three that bare record in Heaven: The Father gave the record to Jesus, Jesus gave record to His Angel whom He sent to give it to John, in the earth. But most people don’t want to see the truth.

They love to drink from the cup that is in the woman’s hand in Revelation 17:1-5; full of abominations. Since they do not want to hear the truth, God will send them a strong delusion that they should believe a lie, 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12. The Bible says “For if our Gospel is hid from them that are lost, for the god of this world has blinded them which believe not the truth”, 2 Corinthians 4:1-4.

If you think that your Pastor is teaching the truth, then, ask him to explain Matthew 24:15, if he can! If your Pastor is a “New Testament Preacher”, he doesn’t know what was spoken of by Daniel. It is evident that people do not know that the Lord said to “come out” of the false church and be not partakers in her sins that you receive not her plagues, Revelation 18:3-5.

“For they have transgressed the laws; changed the ordinance; broken the everlasting covenant”, Isaiah 24:5. And “speak not according to the Law (Old Testament) and the Testimony (New Testament) because there is no light in them”, Isaiah 8:20. So now, I pray that you can see some of the deception that the Devil puts forth. If what you are being taught is not in the Scriptures of Truth, put no stock in it!

GOD HATES THE SIN, NOT THE SINNER----REALLY?

Does God Love Everyone?

Christendom repeatedly says thing like, “God Loves us all so much that He will save us all”, or “God hates the sin, but loves the sinner”; or “God is love, and will not send anyone to hell.” Christendom teaches that God is so full of love, that He simply cannot send anyone to eternal hell fire; it is against His infinite love. They want God to forgive all, even those who openly reject Him and die cursing God. I must admit, it is nice to think of God’s love being so infinitely great that all will ultimately be saved.

The lake of fire (hell) is a terrible place and I don’t want anyone to go there. But it does not matter what I think. It matters what the Bible says: God is love (1John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.), but God punishes the sinner and hates all who do iniquity. God is not one sided, He is not simply an infinitely loving God, He is also infinitely just. He must deal with sin, He must punish the sinner, He cannot lie: Titus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;...

In the truth of God’s word, we find that the Lord has provided one way by which we may be saved. That single way is through Jesus’ sacrifice. For all who trust in Him, and do His commandments, salvation will come. But, to those who turn away, God’s wrath abides upon them: John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Q: Does God hate anyone? A: Yes!

· Psalms 5:5 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.

· Psalms 11:5 The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence His soul hateth.


· Leviticus 20:23 And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

· Proverbs 6:16-19 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

· Hosea 9:15 All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters.

Are these verses hard to read? Do they make you feel uncomfortable? They should. God hates sin, but , He does not punish sin, He punishes the sinner. Sin cannot be tied up and thrown into a fire. It cannot be put in a box or glued to a stick. It is rebellion, it is rebellion in the heart! It is breaking God’s Law. Sin occurs inside the heart which is the mind of people. Therefore, God must punish the sinner, Isaiah 26:21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

Why? Because He is both Holy and Just and the person who sins offends God. God’s Holy and Just character will not allow Him to ignore this offense. Remember that Numbers 23:19 says: God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

God’s Law is Perfect

When God said, in Genesis 1:3, “Let there be light”, it happened. When He commanded the oceans to be; they came into existence. God’s word is powerful. What He says is never futile, empty, or without power. The Law is a reflection of God’s character. It is pure: Proverbs 30:5; perfect: Psalm 19:7; it is powerful: Hebrews 4:12.

The Ten Commandments reflect God’s holiness and justice. These commandments are not without punishments. A law without consequences is only an empty slogan. To sin is to break God’s Law: 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law; and offend His character. To sin means to challenge His character and authority. It means you go against His word. Now, keep in mind: Hebrews 6:18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: He has said it, and it will be accomplished.

But, praise be to God, Romans 5:6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

There is no way we can be clean before God. That is why God became one of us, John 1: 1 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God, 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth; Hebrews 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people , to take our place and become sin on our behalf; 2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Therefore, people have two options:

1. Trust Jesus, God in flesh, as your Savior and put your faith in the sacrifice that He made on the cross and in nothing that you do

2. Reject Jesus and the sacrifice that He made and let the penalty of the Law fall upon you.

Either God pays (eternal life in the Kingdom) or you do (eternal life in the Lake of Fire), forever.

Which will it be? Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins... If there is no sacrifice available for you, then God’s wrath abides upon you because He hates sin and your sin is not removed; John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. Trust Jesus alone or the wrath of God will abide upon you forever.

The sobering fact is that God is so holy and righteous that He hates the sinner, Psalm 5:5; Leviticus 20: 23; Proverbs 6:16-19; Hosea 9:15.

Some say that we should say that God only hates the sin but lover the sinner, however, the above scriptures speak contrary to that.

· Proverbs 8:17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.

· John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

It is better to accept the love of God found in Jesus than to reject it and suffer His wrath.

I believe, therefore, I speak

Always remember that there is peace in Jesus. May the Lord God give skill and understand to all who truly seek the truth. In Jesus name, Amen!

I was reading some of the statements made on the subject of eating the fruit from the tree of knowledge of Good and Evil which was in the Garden of Eden. I wrote a Post on this same subject and I would like you comments on it.

King’s Kid asked the question, “What was the Fruit that they ate from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil? When she asked the question she was trying the spirits, and also finding out if anyone could answer the question.

Well, if you read our Blogs you will find the answer as to what this fruit is. Oh Yes, the war in Heaven, Revelation 12:7-9, happened before man was created. Because, the serpent (Devil) was on the earth and In the garden of Eden when Adam was created. No we should not speculate. If we want to know the answer to a question in the Bible we should find it in the Bible and not guess. For, the Scriptures are "of no private interpretation", 2Peter 1:19-21. So would you read our post on the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil?

HERE COMES EASTER, BUT WHAT ABOUT PASSOVER

People forget what the Lord said when He took bread and wine and blessed it, saying, that the bread is His body and the wine is His blood, which is shed for many this is the New Testament.


In other words He was telling us to remember that He died for our sins. So, why is it that people celebrate His resurrection, which He gave no commandment to do? Why do people do “good Friday”, the day that they say the Lord was crucified on? Yet there is no mention at all about the Passover? Is the Passover different from “good Friday”? Yes! When people observe “good Friday” they do nothing at all, but on the Passover, which the Lord commanded us to keep in Leviticus 23:4-5, says, “You shall have a holy convocation”.



Before the Lord came and died on the cross for our sin, we observed the Passover, in its season. Once a year on the 14th day of the first month of the Lord’s calendar, which begins this year on April 7, 2008, this being the month of Nisan.


Turn to Exodus 12:1-28, and you can read how the Passover was instituted by the Lord and how the Lord would pass over your sins when you ate the lamb and put the blood of the lamb over you lintel and two side post of your door, so that when He saw the blood He would pass over your house and not suffer the Destroyer to come into your house to smite you, Exodus 12:21-23.


As you read the 24th verse, you see that this is an ordinance that is to be observed forever. Now when the Lord finally came in the flesh He ended the killing of the lamb on the 14th day at evening because He was the Lamb that would take away our sins, John 1:29, 36.


This is the reason that He changed the ordinance from eating the Lamb on the Passover to eating the bread, which represented His body and the wine which represented His blood, Luke 22:19-21.


When Jesus died on the cross the veil in the Temple was ripped in two, Matthew 27:50-51, that ended the animal sacrifices (only), however, that was not understood immediately. Jesus has taken the place of the lamb that was sacrificed on Passover; He was the final sacrifice, 1 Corinthians 5:7. The Lamb of God was sacrificed for us; this is why we observe the Passover every year in its season.


In most churches, they do communion every month, some more often, instead of once a year as the Lord commanded in 1Corinthians 11:23-26. Jesus said, “As often as you do this, do it in remembrance of Me”, He did not say “do it often”.


So my question is, “What do you do on “good Friday”, the day they say the Lord died? And, whose doctrine is this that Jesus rose on Easter Sunday morning?


Churches all across the world will be holding services on Sunday to celebrate His resurrection. What I want to know is where in the Bible is it written that we are to observe His resurrection on Easter Sunday?


Now, I know that the word Easter appears one (1) time in the Bible, in Acts 12:4, but, this word was used in place of Passover. Also, how did they come up with Jesus being crucified on Friday?


Let us take a look at Mark 15:39-42, here we read that Jesus died, verse :42, the day before the Sabbath. So they incorrectly came up with the non-fact that He must have died on Friday, since Saturday is the Sabbath day, seventh day of the week. What they did not understand is that Sabbath was a High Day, John 19:31. In other words it was a Sabbath Feast day.


Turn to, Leviticus 23:1-2, 4-8, we read about the Lord’s Feasts. As we read the scriptures we see that the Passover was on the 14th day, and the Feast of Unleavened Bread begins on the 15th day and we are commanded to have a holy convocation and also on the seventh day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The first day and the seventh day of the Feast are Sabbath days. However the world knows nothing of the Lord’s Sabbath Days, which are written of in Leviticus 23rd chapter.


If Jesus died on Friday and rose Sunday morning, this is evidently that “other” Jesus written about in 1Corinthians 11:4, because the Lord, Himself, said that He would be in the grave for three (3) days and three (3) nights, Matthew 12:38-40. This was the sign that He gave to an adulterous generation. However the world could not even get this sign right. How do you get three days and three nights from Friday evening to Sunday morning?


So, I ask you, what are you worshipping, or rather, who are you worshipping on “good Friday” and Easter Sunday morning? Friday was not the Passover, the Lord died on the Passover, and Sunday morning He had already risen. Read Matthew 20:1-2, it says Mary came to the sepulcher while it was YET dark, so I ask, “Whose servant are you?” Good Friday is pagan, Jesus did not die on Friday, Easter Sunday morning is pagan, Jesus was already gone!


Now, I ask you, “What day of the week did Jesus die for our sins, and what day did He rise from the grave?” For Jesus has become our Passover, 1Corinthians 5:7 .


We read in Exodus 12:24, that the Passover is an ordinance that we are to keep for ever, in its season, Exodus 13:10, not every first Sunday, or first of the month, but to observe it in its season year to year.


This year the Passover begins on April 19th at sundown to April 20th at sundown.
