THE GODHEAD -- Continues

Posted by

Brother Tyrone

As we continue reading the scriptures we only read about two that are in the Godhead. We know that one is Jehovah, who is God Almighty, and the other is Jesus. The world has no knowledge of the Godhead, because they do not know which became the Father and which became the Son. Just from reading the scriptures, you know that Jehovah is not the Father. So, what is the Father's name?

We read in John 5;43, that He came in the Father's name. Turn to John 17:1-6, here we see Jesus praying to the Father, asking for the glory that He had with Him--not them--before the world was; telling Him (the Father) that He (Jesus) had revealed His (the Father's) name to His servants. Now what name did Jesus manifest to His servants and disciples? Was it Jehovah?

Read John 17:20-22, Jesus tells us that He and the Father are one; that we must become one, which means that they are in complete agreement. Have you noticed that you still only see two--Father and Son--not three. Read John 17:25-26, Jesus tells the Father that He declared His name (the Father's name) and will declare it. The only name given in the New Testament whereby men might be saved is Jesus. This is the only name that Jesus revealed.

In Acts 4:10-18, Peter tells the High priest that Jesus has become our salvation. Now, we know that, Jehovah became flesh to die for our sins. He could not die if He was in a spirit body, spirits do not die. Turn to Isaiah 57:15, we read where the High and Lofty One whose name is Holy (Jehovah), says he dwells with Him (Jesus) in the High and Holy Place (Heaven). He did not say He "dwells with them", but Him.

Let us examine these two.

In Colossians 3:1, we see Christ sitting on the right hand of God. In Psalms 110:1, we read of the Lord talking to His Lord. How many do you see? Let's continue this journey through the scriptures, to see if we can find the "trinity".

We found two--Jesus and Jehovah, but where is the third one and what is his name? In 1 John 5:7, we read of three that bare record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost, and these three are one. In 1 John 5:10, we read that God gave the record to His Son. Now turn to John 14:26, we read that Jesus will send the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost that will be sent in His (Jesus') name. In John 15:26, we see that the Comforter, (Holy Ghost/Spirit) is also called the Spirit of Truth. In John 16:12-15, we read that the Spirit of Truth shall not speak of Himself, but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: He will show you things to come. He shall glorify the Son (Jesus) for He shall receive it from the Son, who received it from the Father (God).

Turn to Revelation 1:1, we see the three that bear record in heaven. God (the Father), gave record to Jesus (the Son), who gave it to His Angel (the Holy Ghost/Spirit), who came down and gave it to John.

THESE ARE THE THREE THAT BEAR RECORD IN HEAVEN.

Some say that the Holy Ghost is part of the Godhead, but we will let the scriptures tell us who he is; what his name is and what job he does. We know that it is the Holy Spirit, "that bears record in heaven" with the Father and Son, and is in Their presence. Let us see who this Spirit is. Turn to Luke 1:6-19, where we read of an Angel coming to Zacharias and telling him that he would have a son, and to name him John. He also told him that he is "Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and am sent to show thee glad tidings".

Wait a minute, did he say he was sent? Did we not read in John 16:12-25 how the Spirit of Truth was sent? So now we know the Comforter's name. But just in case you still have doubts, let's go to the last book of the Bible.

In Revelation 21:2-3, we see New Jerusalem coming down out of heaven. Skip down to verse :22, we see God and the Lamb. Where is the third one in the Godhead. Let's turn to the last chapter of the last book, Revelation 22:3-6. Here we read about the throne of God and of the Lamb--still just two--And they shall reign forever and ever, "and the Lord God of the Holy Prophets sent His Angel to show His servants things which must shortly be done". This is the same Angel in John 16:12-25.

Now, all you see is two in the Godhead--the Father, whose name is Jesus; Jehovah, who became the Son and was given the name of the Father when He became flesh, and the Holy Spirit whose name is Gabriel, an Angel--the Messenger of God.

THE GODHEAD

I see that many people still believe that there is a Trinity--God, the Father, God, the Son, and God, the Holy Ghost/Spirit, and that there are scriptures that prove it.

Well, let's see if we can find all three or as some say one with three personalities.

Let's start in Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

We read that the Lord "revealed His eternal power and Godhead ", which means more than one. Let's see how many we can find as we read the scriptures. Turn to Proverbs 30:1-4. You read that Agur asked a question, "What is His name and what is His Son's name. He did not ask about three, but two.

Turn to Genesis 1:26-27, we read where God says "Let us..." so this alone tells us there is more than one. But Who is this that is speaking and what is His name? Turn to John 1:18, which tells us that no man has seen God (Father) at any time. Turn to John 5:36-37, we see that it is the Father that we have never seen or heard His voice.

So who is this that is talking in Genesis 2:26-27, and who is it that Moses and the 73 elders saw in Exodus 24:9-11?? Because scripture says that they saw God. How about Moses, he heard and saw God's back parts on Mt. Sinai, Exodus 33:12-23, 34:1-9.

So, if no man has seen or heard the Father at anytime, Who is this God that is talking to Moses?

Turn to Exodus 6:1-3, we see God talking to Moses and telling him that He is God Almighty and that His name is Jehovah. Now, I ask you, how can Jehovah be the Father if no man has seen or heard the Father??

So, Who is Moses talking to that said, I am God Almighty?? He is the only one that we have ever seen or heard. In Genesis 2:7-9, we read that man was formed from the dust of the ground, and man became a living soul. He placed man in the Garden of Eden, and out of the ground the Lord God made every tree to grow. The Tree of Life also was in the garden and the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil. Skip, to Gen 2:16-17, the Lord God commanded the man saying, “of every tree of the Garden thou mayest freely eat. But, of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil thou many not eat of it: for in the day that you eat of it, you shall surely die”. In Genesis 3:1-11, we read that man ate from the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil and when they heard the voice of the Lord walking in the garden they hid themselves. Wait a minute, they heard whose voice? God’s voice, so now we see that Adam, the first man, heard God’s voice and talked with Him.

Now, after they disobeyed God, (sinned), sentence was passed on them. After this the Lord said, in Genesis 3:22-24, “man is become as one of Us. Who is this Us? Now, lest man eat also of the Tree of Life, and live forever”. So, He drove man out of the Garden and placed Cherubim Angels to guard the Tree of Life, not “guard the garden”. My question is this, “What if man had eaten of the Tree of Life instead of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, where would we be today?

Now, let’s take a look at this tree of Life that the Cherub Angels are guarding. In Psalms 99:1, we read that the Lord sits between the Cherubim. Turn to Psalms 80:1, here we read that the Shepherd of Israel dwells between the Cherubim. So, you see now that the Lord is the Tree of Life. That is Jehovah that sits between the Cherub Angels. Let’s turn to Genesis 17:1-7, we read that the Lord appeared to Abraham and told him that He was God, Almighty and would establish His covenant with him and his seed. Now, we know from reading in Exodus 6:3 that His name is Jehovah and that He appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Now, He is talking to Moses, however, we still only see one God, the Lord, up to this point.

In Exodus 3:1-6, we see an Angel (Holy Spirit), call to Moses out of the bush, and talked to Moses. Exodus 3:4 says it was God, but we know that it was an Angel, Holy Spirit, i.e., Holy Ghost, an Angel, not one of the Godhead. In Exodus 19:1-25, we see that the Lord is coming down on Mt. Sinai to make the same covenant with the children of Israel that He made with their fathers, and told them they would be His Priest. In Exodus 20:1-20, we read that the Lord gave His commandments to all the people and they heard His voice. Now, who is this? It is Jehovah. Up to this point, man has heard the voice of the Lord, and the voice of an Angel, now as we read through the Holy Scriptures; you must now notice that all of the Prophets heard the voice of the Lord.

David spoke of many things in Psalms. In Psalms 132:11-13, we read that the Lord will come through David’s lineage and become flesh and sit on his throne. Now let’s find out how this will be, in Isaiah 12:1-6, we read that the Lord Jehovah is become my salvation, and that He is the Holy One of Israel. Now I ask you, how can Jehovah be our salvation? So far we only see one God speaking. In Psalms 22:22, the Lord said by the mouth of David that He, "will declare His (God’s) name in the midst of the congregation". In Jeremiah 15:16 the Lord said He would be called by the name of the Lord of Host, we know this is not Jeremiah speaking because he was not in contention to the whole Earth, (Jer. 15:10). Did you notice anything in verse 16? There are two spoken of.

In John 5:39-43, we see Jesus telling the Jews that He has come in His Father’s name, and that the scriptures testify of Him. Skip to John 5:46-47, Jesus tells us that Moses wrote of Him, and if you do not believe Moses’ writings, you won’t believe Jesus’ words, either.

Turn to John, because I need to show how Jehovah has become our salvation and when this happened. In John 1:1-3, it tells us that the Word was with God and was God, and all things were made by Him. How many do you see in these scriptures, one, two, or three? We also read in the third verse, that all things were made by Him. Now, Who is the Word, and what is His name? It must be Jehovah, because no one has ever seen the Father or heard His voice. John 1:14 tells us that the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.

I have another question: What is the name of the Father? Well, let us continue reading God’s Word. Scripture tells us in Hebrew 10:5 that a body was prepared for Him. A body prepared for Whom? It was prepared for Jehovah. In Matthew 1:18-23, we read that the Angel of the Lord appeared unto Joseph telling him that Mary shall have a son and will name Him Jesus. All this was done to fulfill what was written by the Prophet Isaiah, (7:14), that a virgin would have a child and call His name Emmanuel, which being translated means “God is with us”. In Luke 1:26-33, we read that an Angel who was sent from God appeared unto Mary, his name is Gabriel and he tells Mary that she shall have a son and shall call His name Jesus.

Now, this name came from Heaven and was sent by God. Re-read John 1:1-3, for Jesus in the form of God was Jehovah, Almighty, and the Word of God. But, he became flesh, John 1:14, made in the likeness of men, so that He could die for our sins.

God, the Father gave Him a name which is above every name; that name is Jesus. This name is even above Jehovah’s name, because Jehovah humbled Himself and took on the form of a servant.

Let’s turn to Matthew 3:13-16, where Jesus come to John the Baptizer to be baptized. In these few scriptures people try to say you have all three revealed, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Well, let’s take a close look and see what the scriptures say. We read that the Spirit of God in the form of a dove came upon Jesus. Let us look at that Spirit: turn to Isaiah 11:2. We read that the Spirit is the knowledge, wisdom, spirit of counsel and the fear of the Lord. Now, can you see that He is filled with God’s Word, which is “spirit and life”. Turn to John 1:29-34, John tells Israel that Jesus is the Lamb of God and that He who sent Him said unto John “upon whom you see the dove rest on is the one that is the son of God.” Now we know why the dove rested on Jesus , so that John would know who was the Christ. The voice, that was heard from Heaven, in Mat. 3:17, saying “this is My beloved Son”, this could not be the Father’s voice–for no man has ever heard the Father’s voice. So whose voice did they hear? It was an Angel’s voice speaking as though he was God.

In Judges 2:1-4, we see the Angel of the Lord speaking as God. This is because the Angel is speaking in the first person. Can you see that the voice from Heaven was the voice of an Angel? We are not finding a trinity, are we?

Let’s find out who really anointed Jesus. Psalms 25:1-7, tells of a one God anointing another God. Let’s find out who these two Gods are. Did you notice there are two, not one, not three, but two? In Hebrews 1:8-10, we read that one has become the Son, and is anointed by God, the Father. It also tells us in 1:10, that it was the Son that laid the foundations of the earth and the heavens.

Jesus told the Jews, who He was, and they tried to stone him. In Exodus 3:13-15 Moses is asking God, “what shall I say when they ask what is His name?” God said, tell them I AM sent me unto you. This is my name for a memorial to all generations. Now, turn to John 8:52-59, we read where Jesus told them that, “…Abraham rejoiced to see My day”. The Jews told Him Abraham is dead and you are not yet fifty years old. He told them who He was saying, “Before Abraham was I AM". The Jews then tried to stone Him for saying He was I AM. How about you? Do you believe that Jesus was God Jehovah?

Turn to 1 Corinthians 10:1-4, which tells us that Christ was in the wilderness with Moses and the children of Israel. So it was Jesus who gave the Commandments in Exodus 20:1-17. He tells us this in John 14:15. Jesus says, “…if you love me keep My commandments”. He also tells us that the Father’s name is Jesus. Turn to Matthew 28:19, where Jesus tells His disciples to baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost/Spirit.

So, what is the Father’s name??

LET US ALL LIFT HIM UP!

I truly appreciate the title of this Award, it immediately brings to mind the scripture:

John 3:
14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

I will continue to lift up Jesus every chance that I get.

Thank you Carolsharmol, at The Bible Thumper's Soapbox.

Peace and Blessing

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

ARE YOU REALLY SAVED?

If you feel that you are saved, I'm sure that you know the few verses that seem to imply this. Such as (l Corinthians 1:18) "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God, "And (2 Corinthians 2:15) "For we are unto God a sweet savor of Christ in them that are saved, and in them that perish." both of these scriptures are true, but when, how, and what will be saved?

Remember these verses mentioned those that perish as well as those that are saved, and if you are saved then at the same time someone is to perish. If this is the case, we have been judged, and I'm sure we all would remember standing in front of a white throne looking at Jesus and the saints.

Seeing that Jesus is your Lord, then you must confess and confirm (Saint John 5:22) "for the Father judges no man, but has committed all judgment unto the Son." This leaves judgment in Jesus hands only. Now we understand (2 Timothy 4:1) "I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom."

I'm sure some will say, "what does this have to do with me? I'm saved now. Well consider this (James 4:12) "There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who are thou that judgest another." Now if Jesus is your Lord, he is the only one who can judge whether you will be saved, or destroyed and this happens at his appearing and his kingdom.

Then, after 1,000 years of peace, the Judgment day "where all that have ever lived will be judged, by Jesus and his saints" (1 Corinthians 6:1-3) and (Revelations 20:4) Now Genesis 22:18 says, "and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed: because thou has obeyed my voice”. We know that this particular seed is Christ, so if we believe God, as Abraham did in (Genesis 26:5), and obey his voice, then are we Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise (to possess the land forever).

In order for us to receive this promise, we must be able to live forever, but this aging body does not allow us to live that long. But Jesus does, (Philippians 3:20-21), "for our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the savior, the Lord Jesus Christ": verse 2, "Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body according to the working where by he is able even to subdue all things unto himself."

This is the perfect heavenly body we shall bear in (1 Corinthians 15:49) "and as we have borne the image of the earthly, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly." At this time you can say," I am saved."

If you are going to inherit the land forever, then you must have a body that is able to live forever. This is simple. This is the Word of God. How else are we salvaged from this death that Adam put us in?

Now, we see when we will be saved, how we will be saved, and what will be saved. I know some will still persist in calling themselves saved. Consider (St. Matthew 24:13), out of Jesus own mouth "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." The end is when the Lawgiver appears, who is able to save, or destroy you at his coming. If Jesus is your Lord, who are you to take judgment from him and say you are saved, or destroyed.

Being saved or destroyed is at God's discretion. If you think you are saved now, then you have taken the time of judgement away from Jesus Christ, and given it to the other Christ that Paul warned us of, saying "for if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus." (2 Corinthians 11:4). In (Ezekiel 28:14-16), he calls him "the anointed cherub that coverth." (This is Satan).

We have shown you when you will be saved, which won't be until the appearing of Jesus. This is shown throughout the Bible. We will end this article with (Psalm 98:9) "Before the Lord: for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity." This is prophecy and it cannot be broken!

Now, how will you be saved, and what is saved? We know that we must have faith in God, and believe him as Abraham did. As a matter of fact, "they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham." (Galatians 3:7). Also, "if you be Christ's then, are ye Abraham's seed, and heir according to the promise."

What promise? In (Genesis 17), the Lord told Abraham that he would be a father of many nations, and that he would establish an everlasting covenant between him (The Lord), and his seed after Abraham to be a God to them. But read (verse 8) "and I will give unto thee (Abraham) and to thy seed after thee, the land where in thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God."

Now in order for Abraham to possess this land forever, he must be alive forever to receive it. The Lord did not say through your seed, he said, "to thee and thy seed after thee."

There is joint ownership of this land, forever.

JESUS THE UNKNOWN GOD!

Scroll to the bottom of this page to view video: Allow Me To Re-Introduce the Christ

The young woman in the video, Blair Wingo, of The Passion for Christ Movement, Want to re-introduce the Christ, however, I say to you that Jesus is the Unknown God. Few of you even realize that Jesus, when He was in the form of God, gave us His laws, statutes, and ordinances forever. Most people believe that Jesus/Jehovah came to kill the very laws that HE gave on Mt. Sinai. Nothing could be further from the truth. Perhaps if you can see that Jesus and Jehovah are one and the same you will think twice about disobeying His words.

In John 1:18 Jesus said that man has never had any interaction with the Father. However, in Ex 24:9-11 Moses and seventy-three elders saw the God of Israel, they ate and drank in His presence. Paul knew that Jesus was also Jehovah, 1Cor 10:1-4 the spiritual Rock that led the children in the wilderness. Jesus is the God that hates evil, the God that punished the children of Israel with snakes, 1Cor 10:5-6 Paul is telling us to take heed of the examples and he warns us in 10:9 not to tempt Christ.

In Psalms 95:6-11 this is Jehovah who became Jesus that is speaking. Paul reminds us in Heb 4:1, to be mindful of entering into God’s rest 4:6 this scripture says that those in the wilderness tempted CHRIST, Paul tells us that it was Jesus that made the promise.

In John 5:37, Jesus says again that no man has seen the Father. Man has only dealt with Jehovah/Jesus. Genesis through Malachi speaks of Jesus as God becoming man. Jesus/ Jehovah introduces Himself as the Creator, that submitted Himself to the Father to redeem man from sin. In Phil 2:5-8 Paul tell us Jesus was God before coming as the Son of man, Phil 2:9-11 because of His obedience the Father has highly exalted Him. In Malachi 1:11 Jehovah tells us that the name of Jesus will be great among the Gentiles.

In Isaiah 7:10 God gave King Ahaz a sign that Jesus would be born of a virgin, the Holy Spirit repeated it in Matthew 1:18, 22 In 1Timothy 3:16 Paul tells us God came forth in the flesh and in Hebrews 2:9 that Jesus came to die as our sin offering/sacrifice, that we may have a right (once again) to the Tree of Life, 2:16-18 shows that because He lived in this flesh suit, right now He is a merciful High Priest.

Isaiah speaks of Jesus’ dominion Isa 9:6-7 as does the Holy Spirit, Gabriel, Luke 1:26, 30-33, also Daniel spoke about Jesus Daniel 7:13-14 and mentions the saints 7:18. In Matthew 25:31 Jesus is quoting the Prophets and in Revelation 3:20 He tells the reward of being SAVED.

All the Prophets and Apostles knew the true story of the coming of the Kingdom of Heaven and they have faithfully written it down. A word to the wise, get into God's word and seek and search for Him as if searching for treasure, and the True and Living God will meet you there.

Peace to All

WHAT IS A CHRISTIAN? ARE THEY CHRIST-LIKE?

Matthew 13: 13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. 14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: 15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

That young woman and the Passion for Christ Movement are definitely necessary, timely and extremely visionary. I am looking forward to a lot more of this type of “street evangelism”. God is truly a TODAY God. Kudos to the interviewer, she is truly a reader of her Bible, and you can tell that the Word is alive in her. Praise God. The Word is washing her and she has a gentle/bold way of telling the story of God’s mercy. She spoke the truth in love. I love it. I would watch that “reality show”

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Phi 2:12

The young men are famished, they know no Bible and believe that the weight of their ignorance rest upon the shoulders of their Pulpit Pimp http://www.pulpit-pimps.org/. They have no clue as to what a “Godly” man is. That is so very sad. These men have no understanding, God says we perish for lack of knowledge, but will anybody listen?

This “I believe in God but I know nothing about the God I believe in”, mentality is really ticking God off. We need to wake up and stop piddley-patting around with the Creator of heaven and earth and all that in them is.

The problem is that the vast majority of people falsely believe that on judgment day they will be able to "plead ignorance". We all need to be reminded of the last chapter of the last book of the bible.

Revelation 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. Peace

IS THE HOLY SPIRIT GOD?

The Spirit of God comes in many forms, the breath of life, the Word of God, and the Angels. There is a misconception with regard to the Holy Spirit, Comforter, and Spirit of Truth. Some Christians believe that the Holy Spirit is part of the Godhead, which is in error.

The Spirit of Truth is Gabriel, the Angel of the Lord’s presence; Luke 1: 11 And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense. 12 And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him…. 19 And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings.

Wherever the name of the messenger is given it is Gabriel. God has an innumerable amount of Angels, all that did not follow Satan, are Holy Spirits. Hebrews 1: 13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? 14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Breath of Life:

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Job 27:3 All the while my breath is in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils;

Job 33:3 My words shall be of the uprightness of my heart: and my lips shall utter knowledge clearly. 4 The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.

Job 34:14 If he set his heart upon man, if he gather unto himself his spirit and his breath; 15 All flesh shall perish together, and man shall turn again unto dust.

Psalm 104:29 Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.

Ecc 3:18 I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts. 19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. 20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again.

Word of God:

Psalms 51:5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. 6 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. 7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. 8 Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.
:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. 11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Eph. 4:17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, 18 Having the understanding darkened, being the blindness of their heart:

:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; 24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

1 Tim 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; 3 Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.

Angels:

Genesis 16:7
7 And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur.

:9 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Return to thy mistress, and submit thyself under her hands. 10 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude. 11 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction.

Genesis 24:40 And he said unto me, The LORD, before whom I walk, will send his angel with thee, and prosper thy way; and thou shalt take a wife for my son of my kindred, and of my father's house:

Exodus 3:2 And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed

Exodus 23:23 For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off.

Exodus 33:2 And I will send an angel before thee; and I will drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:
Psalm 104:30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

These are just a few verses, there are many more. I have read Genesis through Revelation and I have read of the Father's throne and the Lamb's throne but have never seen in scripture where "God" the Holy Spirit's throne is, because He is not God, but a ministering spirit.

Read it for yourself, show me.

CALLING ALL CHRISTIANS!

I have a Question! How often do you think about what the rewards of your Christian journey will be?. And when/if you do, how do you feel you measure up? Do you feel that you are following God, the Father, and Jesus Christ the Son of God? I will not even ask you if you are living your life to the letter of the law, but tell me truthfully are you living it in the Spirit of the law?

Just Ask Yourselves, You Don’t Have To Tell Me, it’ll be between you and God.

Revelation 21:1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. 2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.

This speaks of the Fathers kingdom coming down out of heaven. Can you see you are not going to heaven? Also this is after Jesus’ millennial reign.

4 ”And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

Because Jesus has vanquished every enemy the last one is death.*

5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. 6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. 7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.

8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Are you convicted by any of these words? If so there is hope, repent daily, knowing that we are not perfect, but ever striving to get it right.

9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife. 10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, 11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
Now isn’t this worth being obedient to God words, just like He said them as much as it is in your will to do so?

12 Also she had a great and high wall with twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates, and names written on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel: 13 three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west. 14 Now the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb. 15 And he who talked with me had a gold reed to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.

Did you read the previous verses carefully? What did you notice? What about the names on the twelve gates? How do you get in if you do not become a part of the commonwealth of Israel? **

16 The city is laid out as a square; its length is as great as its breadth. And he measured the city with the reed: twelve thousand furlongs. Its length, breadth, and height are equal. 17 Then he measured its wall: one hundred and forty-four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of an angel. 18 The construction of its wall was of jasper; and the city was pure gold, like clear glass. 19 The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst. 21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls: each individual gate was of one pearl. And the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.

I tell you saints I am of the opinion that everything that I have just read is more that worth the smallest of sacrifices that my /our God requires of us.

YES, THAT IS RIGHT, I SAID REQUIRES!

*1 Corinthians 15:23 But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming. 24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. 25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. 27 For “He has put all things under His feet.” But when He says “all things are put under Him,” it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted. 28 Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.

**Ephesians 2 :11 Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh–who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands– 12 that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

Let Us Be

This space is dedicated to “Rightly Dividing” the Word of God.
Isaiah said 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept, Line upon line, line upon line, Here a little, there a little." 11 For with stammering lips and another tongue He will speak to this people, 12 To whom He said, "This is the rest with which You may cause the weary to rest," And, "This is the refreshing"; Yet they would not hear. 13 But the word of the LORD was to them, "Precept upon precept, precept upon precept, Line upon line, line upon line, Here a little, there a little," That they might go and fall backward, and be broken And snared and caught.

It is a privilege to seek and search for God’s truth in His Word. Let us take the journey together, He promised we will find Him.

The format is a question and comments first, then follow-up with biblical (scripture references) answers. Some questions will be milk some meat.

It is sad that so many “Christians” rely on their own opinions, the opinions of family, friends, pastors, and the world. It is time to put feeble human opinions into the “what if” file and rely on God’s Word, knowing that it is for sure.

I look forward to hearing your comments.

The LORD bless you and keep you;

The LORD make His face shine upon you,

And be gracious to you; The LORD lift up

His countenance upon you,

And give you peace." '
